Free UK 🇬🇧 shipping on all orders over £50 

Free UK 🇬🇧 shipping on all print orders

Standard shipping is £4.60 for a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Express delivery is £6.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 service (order before 1pm for next day deliveries Mon-Fr).

Prints are made to order and ship once they're ready - usually 5 days for mounted prints & 14 days for framed prints).

🌍 Overseas shipping is available and international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Every effort is taken to get your order to you safe and sound as soon as possible. Please note that delays are possible with international orders and that customers outside the U.K will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. 

Refunds:

Refunds are possible for purchases of books and cards. Please request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@tootsdesign.co.uk with your order number.

Prints are made to order, so refunds can't be given unless there is a fault with the product. Your happiness matters greatly to me, so if there is any disappointment with your print, please do get in touch to info@tootsdesign.co.uk. Please notify me of any returns within 30 days of receiving the item.

All returns should be returned with a tracked shipping service.
