Free UK 🇬🇧 shipping on all orders over £50 

Free UK 🇬🇧 shipping on all print orders

Standard shipping for orders under £50 is £4.60 for a tracked service which will be trackable once dispatched. Express delivery is £6.99 for a tracked 24hr delivery service (order before 1pm for next day deliveries Monday - Friday).

Orders before 1pm are shipped that day. Standard delivery is expected to take 2-3 days with express delivery expected to arrive next day. Upon ordering, you will receive email confirmation of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a second email confirmation with tracking information. 

Please note that prints are made to order and ship once they're ready. (7 days for mounted prints & 14-21 days for framed prints).

 

🌍 Overseas shipping is available and international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Every effort is taken to get your order to you safe and sound as soon as possible. Please note that delays are possible with international orders and that customers outside the U.K will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes. 

Refunds:

Refunds are possible for purchases of books and cards. Please request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@tootsdesign.co.uk with your order number.

Prints are made to order, so refunds can't be given unless there is a fault with the product. Your happiness matters greatly to me, so if there is any disappointment with your print, please do get in touch to info@tootsdesign.co.uk. Please notify me of any returns within 30 days of receiving the item.

All returns should be returned with a tracked shipping service.
